1/48 Hobbycraft Chance Vought F7U Cutlass
This kit present an opportunity for me to test the elusive NMF (Natural Metal Finish) for the plane,
instead of investing in those expensive enamel paint i opt to use the
paint i have at hand which is the Tamiya X-11 Chrome Silver.
This is the last model completed for the Year 2012.
My first time working on the NMF scheme and i'm loving the whole process leading to painting the plane.
Be warned that the stock decal is very difficult to work with as some of them just didnt want to leave the backing paper no matter how long i soaked it in warm water. i end up have to spray the "walkway" decal as the decal for the walkway is just useless.
